Hi Frank and Lynne,

Our common good friend Jill Fasick recommended I check out your blog!. My husband Greg had a memorable night enjoying good food and drink with you while you visited Christchurch, New Zealand. I am also a fellow keen cook with a recently created blog on my home cooking here in New Zealand.
You cooking school looks awesome, I would love to visit one day.

Warm Regards

Hi Linda,
Of course we remember you and your family, the picture you painted of the Cabo arch is still on the wall as a reminder! We were in Todos in March and sold everthing that was salvagable in the house. We did rebuild but the fires continued and we just couln't sustain any more losses. We now have the property for sale. It saddens us deeply but what can you do. I am teaching Mexican cooking in the Spokane/ Coeur d'Alene area and also acting as a food consultant with the Hispanic Food Network. I am working on an e-book of Lite Latin recipes and also a compilation of favorites from Cook With Us culinary adventures that will be available on our website soon.
It was so nice to hear from you and to know that you enjoyed your time with us. Thank-you for thinking of us.
Take care, Lynne

I love the detail you go into about paella; i.e.: chorizo, rice, and the socarrat! Your recipe is simple to follow, which is a huge help. I have found that a great source for all things paella is HotPaella.com. They have a great selection with amazing prices. Above all else is their excellent service and speedy delivery!

Lynne, I've attended three of your cooking classes at Kitchen Engine and enjoyed them all. My family has also greatly enjoyed them, but they have never hummed and moaned over a meal like they did last night while eating fish tacos with fresh tamales. Wow! the flavors were phenominal! And it was so easy. This will definitely become a staple meal for us! Thanks so much for sharing your talents with others.
