Organic farms provide us with tropical fruits, the freshest  veggies and greens. Interesting ingredients include uniquely flavored herbs and distinctive chiles and spices.  Experience new taste sensations in classic Mexican cooking, fresh catch of the day and our authentic (Yucatan pibil)  pit barbecue.   Fresh squeezed Organic Juices / Agua Frescas Daily!

Participants and instructors prepare a feast to enjoy for lunch or dinner in this hands-on cooking program.  Added  features may include guest speakers / chefs, excursions, trips to markets, daily wine and beer tastings in the relaxed atmosphere of our garden patio, live entertainment and an evening Friday Fiesta  open to participants and friends.
